A procedure that adds bone height in the upper jaw by lifting the sinus floor. Needed before implants in upper back teeth with thin bone.

Two techniques: internal (through the implant hole, small lift) or lateral window (larger lift). Success rate 95–97%. Healing: 4–6 months before implant placement in large cases. Cost AED 3,500–9,000.
